An excellent start to 2015

Hopkinsons have sold 16 properties so far in January 2015 totalling just over £6,000,000 worth of property. Those sales have ranged from £153,000 to £999,999 and just before Christmas agreed a sale on Swinsty Hall at Swinsty with a guide price of £3,250,000.
